退貨及退款政策

生效日期:2023年2月1日起

適用範圍:本協議適用於所有通過 Bid Buy Corporation Limited(以下簡稱「本公司」)網站、應用程式或其他銷售渠道購買商品的客戶。

一、退貨政策

  1. 基本原則
    除非本協議另有規定或符合香港法律要求,貨物一經售出,概不接受退換或退款。客戶在下單前應仔細確認商品詳情及訂單內容。
  2. 訂單確認後的限制
    所有已確認的訂單不接受任何更改或取消。如客戶因個人原因要求更改或取消訂單,本公司有權拒絕相關請求,但若商品尚未發貨,本公司可酌情處理。
  3. 不可退換的情況
    以下情況均不可申請退款或退換:
    • 人為損壞或使用不當導致的商品損壞;
    • 客戶選購錯誤(包括但不限於型號、尺寸、顏色等);
    • 對商品品質或包裝的不滿(除非商品存在製造缺陷或不符合描述);
    • 其他非本公司責任的情況。
  4. 符合法律要求的退貨權利
    若商品存在製造缺陷、不符合銷售描述或不適合其預定用途,客戶可根據香港法律(例如《售貨條例》及《貨品說明條例》)要求退貨或更換。客戶需於收到商品後7個工作天內聯繫本公司,並提供相關證明(如照片、收據等)。本公司將根據情況安排退貨、更換或退款。
  5. 運輸途中損壞或遺失
    如商品在運輸過程中發生損壞或遺失,客戶應於簽收商品時檢查包裝完整性,並在發現問題後24小時內聯繫本公司客戶服務專員(WhatsApp:+852 92683880)。本公司將與運輸公司協調處理,並根據情況提供更換或退款。
  6. 送貨時間
    • 商品一般會於2至5個工作天內送達(不包括公眾假期)。
    • 因節日、公眾假期或其他不可抗力因素(如天氣、物流延誤等),送貨時間可能會有所延遲,本公司對此不承擔責任,但會盡力通知客戶。
  7. 商品款式與訂單不符的處理
    若客戶收到與訂單顯示不符的商品,請於收到貨品當日通過以下方式聯繫本公司客戶服務專員:

    • 並請保留商品原有包裝及送貨單。
      本公司將根據情況安排更換貨品,客戶需提供相關收據作為換貨憑證。如未能提供原有包裝及送貨單,本公司有權拒絕更換。
  8. 更換貨品的時限
    客戶申請更換貨品的請求,需於簽收商品後24小時內提出,逾期將不予受理(除非符合第4條的法律要求)。
  9. 特殊商品的限制
    衛生用品(例如口罩、個人護理用品等)因衛生及安全考慮,概不接受退換,除非商品存在製造缺陷或不符合描述。

二、退款政策

  1. 缺貨情況下的退款
    若客戶訂購的商品缺貨,本公司將安排退款。退款將於3至5個工作天內完成,並退回客戶原支付方式。
  2. 延遲超過60個工作天的退款
    若客戶訂單確認後,商品因本公司原因延遲超過60個工作天未能送達,客戶可申請退款。本公司將根據實際情況審核並處理退款申請。
  3. 法律要求下的退款
    若商品存在製造缺陷、不適合預定用途或不符合銷售描述,客戶可根據香港法律要求退款。本公司將於收到退貨商品並確認後,於7個工作天內完成退款。

四、其他條款

  1. 條款修訂權利
    本公司保留隨時修訂本協議條款及細則的權利,修訂後的內容將於網站或其他官方渠道公佈,並即時生效。
  2. 爭議解決
    如對本協議或相關事宜存在爭議,客戶可參考香港消費者委員會的意見尋求協助。如爭議無法通過協商解決,雙方同意根據香港特別行政區法律進行處理,並以香港法院作為管轄法院。


Return and Refund Agreement

Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01 February 2023

Scope of Application: This Agreement applies to all customers purchasing products through the website, application, or other sales channels of Bid Buy Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

I. Return Policy

  1. General Principle
    Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement or required by Hong Kong law, all products sold are non-returnable and non-refundable. Customers are advised to carefully review product details and order information before placing an order.
  2. Restrictions After Order Confirmation
    All confirmed orders are final and cannot be modified or cancelled. The Company reserves the right to reject any requests for changes or cancellations due to personal reasons, but may consider exceptions if the product has not yet been dispatched.
  3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Circumstances
    The following situations are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
    • Damage caused by human error or improper use;
    • Errors in product selection by the customer (including but not limited to model, size, colour, etc.);
    • Dissatisfaction with product quality or packaging (unless the product has manufacturing defects or does not match the description);
    • Other circumstances not attributable to the Company.
  4. Returns Under Legal Requirements
    If a product has manufacturing defects, does not match the sales description, or is unfit for its intended purpose, customers may request a return or exchange in accordance with Hong Kong law (e.g., Sale of Goods Ordinance and Trade Descriptions Ordinance). Customers must contact the Company within 7 working days of receiving the product and provide relevant evidence (e.g., photos, receipts). The Company will arrange a return, exchange, or refund based on the situation.
  5. Damage or Loss During Transit
    If a product is damaged or lost during transportation, customers should check the packaging integrity upon receipt and contact the Company’s customer service team within 24 hours via WhatsApp: +852 92683880. The Company will coordinate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  6. Delivery Time
    • Products are generally delivered within 2 to 5 working days (excluding public holidays).
    • Delivery times may be delayed due to holidays, public holidays, or other uncontrollable factors (e.g., weather, logistical delays). The Company shall not be held liable for such delays but will make reasonable efforts to notify customers.
  7. Handling of Incorrectly Delivered Products
    If the product received does not match the order details, customers must contact the Company’s customer service team on the same day of receipt via:

    • Customers must retain the original packaging and delivery note.
      The Company will arrange for a replacement based on the situation, and customers must provide the relevant receipt as proof for the exchange. Failure to provide the original packaging and delivery note will result in the rejection of the exchange request.
  8. Time Limit for Exchange Requests
    Requests for product exchanges must be submitted within 24 hours of signing for the delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted (unless required by Section 4 under legal obligations).
  9. Restrictions on Specific Products
    Hygiene products (e.g., masks, personal care items) are non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety considerations, except where the product has manufacturing defects or does not match the description.

II. Refund Policy

  1. Refunds for Out-of-Stock Items
    If a product ordered by the customer is out of stock, the Company will arrange a refund. The refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days and returned to the original payment method.
  2. Refunds for Delays Exceeding 60 Working Days
    If the delivery of a confirmed order is delayed for more than 60 working days due to reasons attributable to the Company, customers may apply for a refund. The Company will review and process the refund request based on the actual circumstances.
  3. Refunds Under Legal Requirements
    If a product has manufacturing defects, is unfit for its intended purpose, or does not match the sales description, customers may request a refund in accordance with Hong Kong law. The Company will process the refund within 7 working days upon receiving and verifying the returned product.

IV. Miscellaneous

  1. Right to Amend Terms
    The Company reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Revised terms will be published on the website or other official channels and take effect immediately.
  2. Dispute Resolution
    In the event of any disputes arising from this Agreement or related matters, customers may refer to the Hong Kong Consumer Council for guidance. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to resolve the matter in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with Hong Kong courts as the competent jurisdiction.
